SMART GENIA is a Mobile App to be used by L&T Heavy Civil Infra IC staff and candidate who want to join in L&T to register for training programmes based on their eligibility and qualifying criteria. Additionally, this closed-user group app also records the attendance through QR Code, feedback of programme. The learning outcome of training, effectiveness of faculty, course content effectiveness.
